Disability Insurance
Employees have the option to enroll in both Short-Term Disability (STD) and Long-Term Disability (LTD) coverage.
How it Works
If you are unable to work due to illness or injury, your available sick leave is used first. Once sick leave is exhausted, Short-Term Disability benefits may provide income protection for up to 90 days. If a disability extends beyond that period, Long-Term Disability coverage may provide continued benefits until age 65, depending on eligibility.
