Sick Leave
Sick Leave is an important benefit designed to support employees when they need time away from work due to illness.
How it Works
Benefits-eligible employees earn approximately 1.25 days of sick leave per month worked, with the ability to accumulate up to 130 days. Sick leave ensures you continue receiving your full salary when you are unable to work due to illness.
Accumulated sick leave can also provide additional long-term value. In some cases, unused sick leave may help reduce disability insurance costs or contribute toward retirement benefits through applicable retirement plans.
